I stated I can't really eat this, because of the ham. Stating as if I was bothering her 'well we don't HAVE turkey, so no one would say that. No one said anything to us when we left with the food. The same girl, said "Well I don't know why he would do that we don't even have turkey." I told her well that is what he said, its on my receipt. Then when I called back I explained what happened. When I called back first the person who answered the phone, snapped (before I could finish saying hello) "We're closed", and hung up on me. He put it on the order (No Ham, add Turkey). The employee at the counter said yes it can be switched. I asked when I ordered it if I could have turkey instead of ham. I ordered a sub/sandwich, it was listed as Ham & Cheese. So, I know it's a holiday, and maybe people are new but this was ridiculous.y However, after what happened with this location I had to say something. I usually give people a break if they screw up an order and I haven't written a Yelp review for a few weeks. "Especially to Julie Varchetti and her family. We were extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. "Thank you everyone for sharing my piano video," he said in the post. He thanked Varchetti for sharing the video in a Facebook post. The piano turned out to be Bryce Dudal of Sterling Heights. He kindly asked if he could play for a sec and this is the treat they got!!!! Figures I wasn’t home. She also wrote: "Hubby ordered Hungry Howies tonight (which we never do because I’m obsessed with Jets, but I wasn’t home) for the kiddos and the delivery guy noticed our piano. Julie Varchetti posted a video recording of the dinner show on her Facebook page. Cheese.Īnd he treated a Shelby Township family to an impromptu piano performance when they ordered a pie from their neighborhood Hungry Howie's on Wednesday. He's more Duke Ellington than Dominos or more Ray Charles than Chuck E. As a pizza delivery guy, he's more Liberace than Little Caesar.
